THE Pump House bar and restaurant in Wellington is kicking off what it says is the first in a series of outdoor parties with its ‘Shuffle all day spring sessions.’

The event, which is scheduled for Sunday, May 5, promises to be a day packed with good vibes, dancing and house music.

The event is set to begin at 2pm and see revellers “shuffling deep into the night” with revellers retreating indoors after 6pm to continue the dance marathon until midnight.

The ‘Shuffle Brothers’ DJ duo advises tickets should be booked early to avoid missing out. They said: “Expect the best upfront house music, delivered by some very special DJ’s, all wrapped up in that epic Shuffle vibe.

“Once again this will sell out so book your spot pronto.”

Made up of DJs Luke Merrick and Simon David, the Shuffle Brothers have held regular house music events at the venue over recent years, which have proved to be a popular attraction.

Sunday’s all-day shuffle marks a return for the pair in 2024, as they prepare to kick off the festival season.

They will be joined in performing at the event by Ben McGowan and Alex Souloud, Mark Coombes and Mike Spearman and others.
