A Somerset restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Apple Pubs LTD, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Old Mendip Inn, Gurney Slade, Radstock was given the score after assessment on March 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Somerset's 970 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 797 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
