Tyre sealant company Air-Seal Products, based at Greenham, has made three internal promotions.

New general manager Ben Collard started work there in 2007 and is account manager for Royal Mail, developing the company’s export work in Ireland and the Middle East.

He has been instrumental in making the company more efficient and adapting cloud working. He will be working more closely on the company’s strategic focus.

New export manager Steve Jones joined the company in 2012 and within his first month headed off to set up distributors in Chile and Argentina. His most recent visit was to Mongolia where he appointed a new distributor and his focus for 2021 is Central Asia, including Kazakhstan. He will be developing existing export relationships and co-ordinating all other international business, and is looking forward to being able to travel again rather than making Zoom video calls across the world.

New office manager Suzy Grabham started work with Air-Seal Products in 2007 as a part-time cleaner. She has over the years streamlined the administration office and more recently led the sales support team looking after the company’s regular customers.
