The cast and crew of Kingsmead School’s Schools Will Rock You have staged three fabulous shows for audiences.

Students in Years 7 to 10 at the Wiveliscombe school were involved in every aspect of the musical as actors, singers, dancers, musicians, backstage crew and technicians.

A spokesperson for the school said: “They are to be congratulated for all their hard work and dedication that resulted in a hugely enjoyable show.

“Recognition must also go to all the staff involved including director/producer Elizabeth Vassallo and musical director Huw Weston.”

Audiences were keen to join in, singing, clapping and stomping their feet to all Queen’s classics, ending with a marvellous arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody.
