TONE DALE House in Wellington (pictured) is hosting a fundraising event on Friday as part of the Macmillan Big Coffee Morning.

The event, from 10am-noon, offers the chance to enjoy coffee, cake and a natter in the historic laundry building, home to Thomas Fox, founder of Fox Brothers.

If the weather is good, the garden next to the mill leat that used to be a water source for textile manufacturing, will be available.
