SPORTS day at Beech Grove Primary School in Wellington began with house group activities including javelin, egg and spoon, skipping and standing long jump. Key Stage 1 then held races up to lunch, including a parents’ race.

In the afternoon Key Stage 2 competed in house events on the track ending in the house captains’ and vice-captains’ three-legged race.

The day ended with the announcement that Birch had won the cup.
