The next meeting of Wellington Business Association is today (Wednesday, June 26).

The guest speaker is local historian Colin Spackman who will give an interesting and informative talk about the Fox family.

Recent interest in Fox’s Mill makes this a timely reminder of how it all came to be. The meeting starts at 6.30pm in The Dolphin, Waterloo Road, Wellington. Non-members are welcome and admission is free.

This is likely to be the WBA’s last meeting as no-one has come forward to take over as chairman. The association could be dissolved at the annual meeting in September.
