MEMBERS of Wellington Churches Together have presented a cheque for £184 to Wellington Stroke Club to help towards the maintenance costs of its recently purchased bus.

The money was raised from the Churches Together cake stall held at the street fair where church-goers made lots of yummy treats for people to buy.

A spokesman said: “Many thanks to all those who made the cakes for their hard work and all the volunteers who helped on the day to make it such a success.”
