NYNEHEAD Court care home has made two senior appointments – and they are both familiar faces at the home.
Deb Sparks has been appointed to the newly created position of deputy manager, having led the Mulberry Wing for people living with dementia since 2004. Deb holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, the highest level of qualification in the sector.
Kim Horton has been appointed as the new lead for the Mulberry Wing, having worked at the home since 2004.
Home manager Angela Watkins said: “I would like to congratulate both Deb and Kim on their new positions. We had a great deal of interest in both roles and I am pleased that we were able to fill both vacancies from within our current staff team, enabling career progression for other staff.”
