THE Wellington Medical Centre carers’ group, run by Compass Carers, has celebrated its third anniversary.

The group meets at the medical centre on the first Monday of the month from 2-3.30pm.

It regularly has guest speakers, and there is always someone to

talk to.

A group spokesman said: “The group is a chance for people to get support through those difficult times and emotions, and a chance to meet others in similar situations to you.

“There is no need to book a place, people can simply turn up.

“Come along and have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and meet the group.”
