Crowds flocked to the celebrated Wiveliscombe street market and carnival on Sunday.
Traders offering crafts and local foods reported brisk trade in perfect weather. The theme for the carnival procession was Roald Dahl characters and this attracted a record number of entries.
At the same time, there was much interest in the open artist studios and exhibitions that make up the core of the 10 Parishes Festival, of which the street market and carnival was part.
