AT least 50 lots will be on offer in an auction of promises at Hemyock Church Room today (March 22).

The auction, organised by the Friends of St Mary’s Church, has lots ranging from home-made meals and cakes to singing lessons, vouchers, gardening and hampers. It also has an aerial photo of the village, visits to properties, garden centres and Dartmoor, car washing and a beauty box.

The auction starts at 7.30pm and refreshments are available at the end of the evening.
