LONG-HAIRED Wellington woman Cindy Moore is set to get her locks cut in aid of two good causes.

Cindy, 58, who lives in Priory, is having her waist-length hair cut for the Little Princess Trust and Children’s Hospice South-West.

The Little Princess charity provides real hair wigs for youngsters having cancer treatment or who have lost their hair for other reasons.

Care home worker Cindy has previously had her hair cut for the charity and has been growing it again since 2013.

She is also raising sponsorship money for the children’s hospice – the WWN has a form at its offices in High Street for anyone who would like to contribute.

Cindy is having her hair cut at home by hairdresser Claire Knight on Wednesday, March 27.
