NINE full-time and nine part-time jobs could be created by a new drive-through Costa coffee shop at Westpark 26, Wellington.

Summerfield Developments (SW) has submitted a planning application to Taunton Deane Borough Council.

The coffee shop could open 5am-11pm seven days a week and have 30 parking spaces.
