A WELLINGTON dog walker claims to have spotted a wild boar the size of a big Shetland pony, living on the Blackdown Hills.

Angela Boyd, 66, says he was startled to see the large creature at Buckland Wood.

Now she is urging other walkers to be on the look out for the animals, and hide if one comes near them.
