WELLINGTON businesswoman Deborah Meaden is backing Wellington to tough out the recession and develop a prosperous future.
Ms Meaden, of TV's Dragons' Den fame, who owns Fox Brothers, Tonedale, told a meeting of local business leaders and voluntary groups that the town needed was an "injection of confidence."
Town leaders are grappling with the consequences of huge reductions in Government funding faced by Somerset County Council and Taunton Deane Borough Council.
