A WELLINGTON couple have been given planning permission to build extensions at the back of their home in Wellesley Park.

Members of Wellington Town Council’s planning committee agreed earlier this month to give Mr and Mrs Spooner the go-ahead to build two two-storey extensions at their home.

Planning officer Bryn Kitching said: “This is a large plot to extend at the rear, and the extensions will go quite a long way out but won’t result in any significant loss of residential amenity.”
