WELLINGTON Medical Centre is the venue for a Falls Awareness Day on Tuesday (October 3).

Advice will be on offer on footwear and walking sticks, and keeping homes safe and clutter free. Information will also be available on exercise groups and reducing the risk of falls, and much more.

Health professionals will be attending the informal event, which runs from 9.30am- 4.30pm.
