THE Fezz, six guys who love the music of Steely Dan, are coming to Cotleigh Brewery in Ford Road, Wiveliscombe, on Saturday (April 21).

They play some of Steely Dan’s best songs, including Do It Again, Kid Charlemagne, My Old School, Peg, Home At Last, Pretzel Logic, Reelin’ In The Years and many more.

They do not attempt a note by note, bar by bar, recreation of Steely Dan’s meticulously crafted tracks but they do capture the feel and spirit of one of the most sophisticated and inventive US bands of the second half of the 20th Century.

Steely Dan’s songs form most of their set but they also play music by others from the 70s and 80s in the style of Little Feat, Bill Withers, The Average White Band, Robert Cray and much more.

Tickets, £5 in advance, £7 on the door, are available from Wiveliscombe Post office or phone Eddie on 07817 190320. Doors open from 7.30pm with music from 8pm.
