THE Taunton and West Somerset branch of military charity SSAFA is appealing for new volunteers.

Roles on offer include home visits to assess the needs of members of the armed forces, support with issues such as mobility, home repairs, household goods, homelessness, relationship breakdown, debt and providing company.
