BRIAN Phillips, who coached and managed Wellington Rugby Club Under 19s for more than 15 years in the 70s and 80s, has died at the age of 85.

Mr Phillips was living at Ilminster at the time of his death, having previously resided at Alexandra Road, Wellington. Due to current restrictions, there will be a private cremation for family members only.
