Dementia charity Reminiscence Learning, based at The Counting House, Tonedale Mill, is holding what is normally its biggest fundraiser of the year next week.

Red & Yellow Week, being held from Monday (May 11), has previously seen funds raised through bake sales, sponsored fun runs and other events.

This year, because of coronavirus restrictions, it is inviting supporters to celebrate Red & Yellow Week by doing a fun fundraising activity at home or by making a donation.

Anyone who would like to do a fun fundraiser can let the charity know by emailing [email protected].

Anyone who would like to give money can do so via the Virgin Money Giving link on the homepage of the charity’s website, www.reminiscencelearning.co.uk

Fundraisers are invited to share their photos on social media at hasthag remlearning

Red & Yellow Week’s name is derived from the colours last to be recognised by the ageing eye.
