JEWELLERY, silk-painted scarves, linocut prints and quilting supplies are just some of the goodies on offer at Nynehead Court’s craft fair later this month.
The event will feature arts and crafts hand-made in the local area. In addition to stalls visitors will be able to visit the recently opened Stable Arts facility and can take part in a clay workshop from 1.30-3.30pm.
Nynehead Church will be open to the public during the event with a display of patchwork from local craft workers on show. Visitors can enjoy a cream tea in the Orangery.
Entry to the craft fair, open from 11am-4pm on Saturday, August 19, is free with a suggested donation of £2. All proceeds will go to Art Care Education, a Somerset-based charity which supports arts and craft.
