Superstar Studios gym at Lowmoor Business Park in Wellington raised money for two good causes when it held an open day.

Some £600 was raised through donations for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and mental health charity Mind when the gym ran 12 hours of free exercise classes.

Gym owners Brandon Haggett and Lee Owen took over what was Wellfit Therapy in the spring. They are running nearly 100 fitness classes a month, have treatment, massage, sunbed and shower rooms, and have bought new gym equipment.
