Apple Campers boss Emma Slocombe (left) and member of staff Sarah Blake were all smiles at the opening of the firm’s extended shop on the Foxmoor Business Park in Wellington on Friday.

Emma opened the business, which services and repairs caravans and motorhomes, with her partner Andy McPhail seven years ago.

The extension, launched with free apple juice, cider and apple cake, has doubled the size of the shop which stocks spares and accessories.

The family-run business employs about ten staff and is a National Caravan Council approved workshop.
