PLANS for a single-storey extension at the rear of 79 Waterloo Road, Wellington, were supported at a planning meeting held online of Wellington Town Council on Monday.

Deputy Mayor Mark Lithgow said he had checked the property and plans, and felt the extension would be barely visible. He could not see any reason why anyone would have any problems with it.

Somerset West and Taunton Council will make a final decision on the application.
