NEARLY half of house buyers on the Longforth Farm development on the edge of Wellington have moved from less than five miles away, says builder Bloor Homes.

The company says 14 per cent of purchasers have moved from more than 100 miles away.

Bloor Homes, which launched the site in 2014, has now opened the sales office for the third phase of its development.
