RGB Plumbing & Heating has reopened its Well Built Community Fund and is asking Scouting groups to get in touch to say how £1,000 of building materials would help.

The builder’s merchant would like to hear from Scout groups who would like to renovate their HQ, Beavers who want to complete an outdoor garden or Girl Guides who would like to take on a community project.

RGB, which has a branch in Wellington, has been giving £1,000 worth of building supplies to different groups every other month this year.

Groups can nominate themselves by emailing [email protected] explaining what they would use the materials for. Nominations can also be made by sending a letter to RGB Community Fund, c/o PMW Communications, PO Box 167, Bideford, Devon EX39 9DU. The closing date for nominations is midnight on Saturday, December 31.

From all the nominations received, RGB will narrow the selection down to three and then ask the local community to vote for the group they would like to receive the £1,000 worth of materials.
