BUILDER C G Fry and Son is holding a public consultation next week over its plans to build up to 650 houses, a school and local centre at Jurston Farm in Wellington.

Outline planning permission was given for the scheme in December 2015 and the consultation will showcase the emerging detailed house designs and site layout for Phase 1 of the development in the south-west quadrant of the development, next to the A38 and properties at Oldway Park and Blackmoor Road that back on to the site.

The consultation is at the United Reformed Church Hall in Fore Street on Tuesday from 2.30-7.30pm.
