KATE Shapland, a 15-year-old student, will be having her ‘long locks’ cut for charity at The Mount, Wellington, on Saturday, November 21.

Kate, who goes to Queen’s College in Taunton, and lives at Dyers Farm, Fitzhead, is hoping to raise £350 for the Little Princess Trust, which provides real hair pieces for children who suffer hair loss due to cancer treatment. She is having her hair cut at 8am.
