“I can only say I was astonished at the performances by the ladies taking part,” said the Mayor at Wellington Town Council’s meeting on Tuesday (April 3). “The movement and energy from ages 40-95 can only be described as amazing. The main message from the performance is that you must keep moving!”
The Mayor added: “The will, passion and expertise by these ladies is nothing short of inspirational! From sitting down exercises to a full range of dancing and movement to music gives a flavour of how the continued use of the body can benefit your health and well-being well into later life.”
