Emergency services declare Somerset major incident after Storm Chandra floodsKeira, of Westford, had her old bike stolen a few weeks ago after her husband Stuart left it in the North Street car park in Wellington.
News of the theft was posted online and Wellington man Julian Harcombe suggested placing a collection pot at the cycle shop to raise the money to replace it.
Some £20 was collected and Kings assistant manager Stuart King presented Keira with a replacement bike last week.
Keira said: “I would like to thank everyone who contributed and Kings for providing the bike.”
Keira, who runs children’s theatre club Stage Right at Wellington Arts Centre, is pictured with Stuart from the shop and her two-year-old son Raphael.
