YEAR 8 Court Fields School, Wellington, student Lily Caddick was recently invited to a call-back for Birmingham Royal Ballet’s production of Swan Lake.

She has since found out she has been successful in securing a place for the production next year, and will be performing on stage in Swan Lake Dreams at the Theatre Royal, Plymouth.

A spokesperson for the school said: “This is a significant achievement, competing for places against national competition. We wish her good luck for the training and performances next year, and congratulate her on her hard work, effort and commitment.”
