A CHARMING figurine is causing Wellington's Cllr Bob Bowrah to scratch his head.

Cllr Bowarah, Mayor of Taunton Deane, is looking for a suitable home for the figurine, which was a gift marking the "hands across the ocean" link between Taunton, Somerset and Taunton, Massachusetts.
