LOVERS of good-time, high-energy dance music are in for a treat when the famous Los Albertos ska punk band comes to stomp up a storm in Hemyock on Saturday, March 3.
This combo, hailing from the non-stop party town of Brighton, is well known for getting audiences on their feet, with infectious rhythms, chicken scratch guitar, and a horn section that will blow you away!
Event organisers the Lights Brigade expect Hemyock’s village hall to be packed out, following capacity attendances for previous dances, featuring the likes of Mad Dog McRea, Tankus the Henge and the Carny Villains.
Support for Los Albertos will be provided by Matt Sellors, former frontman for popular dance/funk band Yes Sir Boss. Matt often headlines in his own right, so be sure to catch him on what promises to be an excellent double bill.
Lights Brigade Spring Dance, Saturday, March 3, Parish Hall Hemyock.
Admission by advance ticket only: £12.50 from Hemyock Spar, or call Liz on (01823) 680351.
