CHILDREN at West Buckland Pre-School took part in a mini-marathon fundraiser between the car park at Wellington Monument and the landmark itself.

The children, aged between two and four, received medals and sweets at the end of the event.

The small village pre-school is an important part of the local community and parents and committee members have worked hard to raise money through numerous events.
