Currently taking A-levels in Biology, Maths and English Literature, he has been offered a place to study Law at Pembroke College.
“I’m very pleased to have received the offer,” he said. “Now I need to work hard to make sure I get the grades.”
Alex is not 100 per cent sure which career he will eventually follow, adding: “It’s early to think about that kind of thing but law is the likely option.”
Outside the classroom, he enjoys kayaking and climbing at Queen’s.
