THE October winner of Pet of the Month, run by Co-op Funeralcare and the WWN, is Hollie, a three-year-old Bichon Frise cross poodle.

Hollie was nominated by Graham and Carol Gregory, of Manor Cottages, Wiveliscombe.

Carol said: “Hollie was rescued from Romania with three pups. She had been thrown out on the street and was fighting for food. She is a loving dog now her life has been turned around.”

Hollie won a goody bag including a strong limited edition ‘Proud to be Wellington Pet of the Month’ cotton eco-shopping bag, certificate and rosette.
