PUPILS at Churchstanton Primary School enjoyed cooking on a camp fire, team building games and circus skills on an aerial rig during two days of outdoor activities on the school field.

The aerial rig, with expert tuition provided by Frances Aitken, was a great hit with pupils – and the local pub, The York Inn, delivered dinner for adults and children.
A spokesperson for the school said: “Huge thanks to the class teachers and teaching assistants who gave up their time to make the two days such a worthwhile learning experience.”
