A TOUCHING and very visible tribute to the Queen was created by Ian and Emma Lower, of Oake, and placed on top of the village’s red telephone box, drawing praise from the parish council.

It joins the many hundreds of tributes in the form of flowers, flags and photos of the late Queen laid at sites across the area, as the nation mourns the loss of our longest serving monarch.
