MILVERTON residents have called for drastic action to stop traffic chaos after the village's roads were gridlocked again this week.

Locals say the narrow streets are blocked at least three times a day due to heavy traffic volumes and lost lorry drivers.

They fear an accident is waiting to happen and warn the situation will only get worse if plans to build hundreds of houses are given the go-ahead.
