PUPILS and staff at Wellington Prep School have presented £2,000 to the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS).
Pupils held a variety of events over the past year, including a whole-school Swimathon, cake sales, a French Cafe and a disco.
Year 7 pupil Papatya Kaya, whose mother Tracey Kaya is a teacher at the school and suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, drove the initiative.
Prep School deputy head Martin Stepney is pictured with Papatya presenting a cheque to Janet Wagstaff and Lizzie Spence, representatives from the South West Self Support group of the NRAS.
