WELLESLEY Park School in Wellington is to undergo ‘much needed maintenance work’ next month.

The school roof is in need of repair and it has secured funding for the project.

Contractors have already moved onto the site to set up the compound for the work.

The school says the timing of the work is not ideal but due to circumstances out of their control, the roof works is scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 2, and not during the summer holiday as had been first hoped.
