BULFORD Senior Citizens’ Club celebrated its 20th anniversary with a grand party with music and dancing and followed up a few days later with a strawberry tea.

Over the years it has experienced many happy days, wonderful parties and days out.

We have now started on our weekly outings for the next seven weeks.

Entertainment in some form or another is held on a Thursday afternoon interspersed with lunches and soup dinners.

The annual visit to St Audries Bay Holiday Club is very popular which consists of dinner, bingo and dancing. January always offers a belated festive dinner.

To counteract the effects of good food an exercise class is held weekly which takes care of the extra pounds!

The existing committee were re-elected at the recent annual meeting.

The club has experienced many happy moments including romance, laughter and banter and may it continue to do so in the future.

One last item – would the person who borrowed the two electric heaters please return them as soon as possible.
