Three Wellington Churches battled it out in a skittles match at the Barley Mow in Rockwell Green with the winning team beating their opponents by just one pin.
The pub served an excellent buffet supper and all profits went to Christian Aid’s Haiti appeal which, including extra donations, amounted to £230.
Christian Aid has been working in Haiti since 1997 so it is able to set up relief systems immediately for those whose lives Hurricane Matthew has devastated.
Organisers thank everyone who supported the skittles event, especially Lorraine and Mark at the Barley Mow.
