BARBERSHOP and acapella harmony chorus The Rivertones, along with Father Christmas, added to the festive spirit at Wellington Library on Saturday morning.

The 45-strong Rivertones Chorus, which is to mount a free eight-week singing course for men of all ages early next year, has a long association with Wellington. Its part-founder and life president Glyn Evans was a well-known local personality who taught at Beech Grove Primary School for many years.
