MEMBERS of Wellington Stroke Club had an enjoyable day out on a coach tour around Exmoor.

The party travelled on the club bus in a big circle via Waterloo Cross, Tiverton, Bolham, Dulverton, Exton and up to Wheddon Cross where they stopped for lunch at The Rest and Be Thankful Inn.

They then continued for the remainder of the circuit via Timberscombe, Dunster, Williton and Silk Mills before returning to Wellington.

A club spokesman said: “The weather was kind to us on the day and the scenery en route was outstanding. A grand day and meal was had by all.”
