THE whole of St John’s Primary School in Wellington – parents, pupils and staff – came together for a traditional Nativity performance in St John’s Parish Church.

The performance included readings, the lighting of Advent candles and carols sung by the school choir and full congregation.

The children in Year Reception created a charming and beautifully costumed tableaux of the Nativity.

St John’s Rector Rev Tim Treanor gave the final blessing.
