NYNEHEAD Court is hosting a Valentine’s tea dance in the Orangery next week, as well as holding its first Open Gardens event of the year.

During the tea dance on Friday, February 16, entertainers in 1930s-style clothing will dance to music from the era, and afternoon tea will be served to the residents.

It will take part in its first NGS Open Gardens event of 2018, on Sunday, February 18, between 2-4.30pm (entrance £6.50).

Nynehead Court manager Angela Watkins said: “Events and activities such as the tea dance and NGS Open Gardens are a regular part of the busy social life at Nynehead Court. We are also holding a Pamper Day on March 17 and on February 24 Stable Arts has a workshop where people can make ceramic garden items. Lots more is planned for the spring and summer.”
