VE-DAY on Friday will see members of Wellington Silver Band play The Last Post and Reveille safe from their own doorsteps at 2.55pm to herald the Toast to the Nation at 3pm.

The lone buglers live around Wellington, so residents should be able to hear bugle calls ringing out over the town.
